Who Provides the Program?

BarCARES of North Carolina, Inc. (a subsidiary of the NC Bar Association), local bar groups, and law schools contract with Human Resource Consultants (HRC) of Raleigh and Chapel Hill to administer the program and to identify and contract qualified provider groups for area not serviced by HRC.

Human Resource Consultants (HRC) is a first-class provider of a broad range of psychiatric, psychological, social work and career counseling services with contacts throughout North Carolina.
