RALEIGH -- Frank Javier Pita, Jr. age 49, died Thursday, May 11, 2006. He was born in Havana, Cuba, to the late Celia Garcia Pita and Frank J Pita. He received his BS degree from the University of Miami, as well as two master’s degrees. He graduated from North Carolina Central University with his J.D. in 1998.
He is survived by his children, Andrew and Lili; his wife, Lillian; his parents, Frank and Connie Pita; and his brother, George and family of Miami.
Frank was buried in Miami on May 16th close to his beloved mother.
A memorial service is being held at Cardinal Gibbons High School on Tuesday, June 6th at 12:30 p.m.
