NC Bar Center Space Available May 1

The unique opportunity to lease space in one of the country's
finest bar centers is currently available at the N.C. Bar Center in
Cary, where approximately 6,000 square feet of prime office space
will become available for occupancy on May 1.

The N.C. Bar Center serves as headquarters for the North
Carolina Bar Association and the NCBA Foundation. In addition,
Lawyers Insurance Agency, the N.C. Association of Defense
Attorneys, the Wake County Bar Association and the 10th Judicial
District Bar also call the Bar Center home.
A major tenant, Lawyers Mutual Insurance Company of North
Carolina, has also operated for many years under the N.C. Bar
Center's 8000 Weston Parkway address on Lake Crabtree. But
extensive growth in recent years has necessitated a move by Lawyers
Mutual, announced to the NCBA Board of Governors last fall, to a
new Weston Parkway facility.
Space available for lease is comprised largely of the office
suites currently occupied by Lawyers Mutual on the third floor of
the Bar Center. Adjacent offices may also become available as
Lawyers Insurance moves into the offices currently occupied by
Lawyers Mutual on the second or main floor of the Bar Center.
The contact person for individuals, legal professionals, law
firms and other enterprises interested in leasing this space is Tom
Purdy, information technology director, who oversees numerous
aspects of facilities management for the NCBA.
In addition to its choice location, the N.C. Bar Center offers
superb amenities, conference facilities, security system, keyless
entry, computerized energy management, reception area, storage and
filing space, private conference room and break room with
kitchen and four parking spaces per 1,000 rentable square feet.
