Shipping & Handling

Please include a street address when placing an order. Orders are typically shipped via UPS, which requires a valid street address, not a P.O. Box, for delivery.

Shipping & handling charges for orders depend on the number of items ordered and the total shipping weight of an order. Charges are calculated automatically when items are placed in shopping cart.

• Code A = $5.75
• Code B = $9.75
• 2 Code A Items = $5.75 
• 2 Code B Items = $9.75
• Code A Item + Code B Item = $9.75
• 3 or more Items = $13.75

Delivery

Please allow two to four weeks from the date you place an order to the time of delivery. Items are shipped as soon as they become available.

Returns

All sales are final. Please note we are unable to exchange items. However, if you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact the CLE Bookstore immediately at (800) 228-3402 or (919) 677-8745.
