Choose one of these
three CLE Passport Options and receive:
- Tuition-free program admission.
The type of program is determined by the Passport Option you
select.*
- Program materials at no
additional cost for programs you attend.
- All NC State Bar MCLE fees paid
on your behalf by the NCBA Foundation.

* The Attorney Passport Program runs from January 1, 2012 to
December 31, 2012.
** The Paralegal Passport Program runs for 12 consecutive
months from the date of purchase.
General Terms &
Conditions
- Passport holders may not transfer between Passport
Options.
- CLE Passports are nontransferrable/nonrefundable and available
only to members of the North Carolina Bar Association.
- Participants in all three Passport programs may cancel their
registration for a program within three (3) business days after the
program date with no penalty.
- Participants failing to cancel their registration will be
charged a $25 administrative processing fee and will not receive
program materials.
- TeleSeminar and CeLE Stack purchases are excluded from the NCBA
Passport Program.

- NCBA Paralegal Division Member (12 months from
date of purchase)

*Participants will receive an e-mail confirming the purchase
