- Tuition-free admission to LIVE/Video Replay CLE/CPE programs – exceptions include N.C. Practical Skills, The N.C./S.C. Labor Law or Construction Law Annual Meeting (when held in S.C.), the N.C. Family Law Intensive workshops, professional speaker programs and The NCBA Annual Meeting CLEs. When possible, these excluded programs are offered at a reduced tuition rate and therefore do not count against hours used under your CLE Passport.
- Discounted online programming is not available to participants with the Traditional Passport.
- A 30% discount on all CLE Bookstore purchases.
- Traditional Passport holders, at no additional cost, are entitled to program materials furnished to tuition-paying registrants. Exceptions include CLE programs using Section publications in lieu of program materials: The N.C. General Practice Deskbook, The N.C. Estate Administration Manual, The N.C. Bankruptcy Practice Manual, The N.C. Construction Law Deskbook, The N.C. Small Law Office Resource Manual and The Workers’ Compensation Forms Manual. These publications are available for purchase at the regular 30% Passport publications discount. CLE Passport holders must attend the program to receive the program materials. If a Passport Holder registers for a program but does not attend, materials will not be delivered.
- There is a $75 surcharge for program registrations in excess of guaranteed Passport hours for Traditional Passport holders.
