Description:In recent years, North Carolina attorneys practicing in the areas of Constitutional Law, Education Law, and Juvenile Law have litigated issues such as free speech, school discipline, education rights, search and seizure, interrogations, and the meaning of changes to the juvenile code. Education attorneys and attorneys working with children have been involved in numerous important lawsuits over constitutional issues.
