Shipping & handling charges for orders depend on the number of items ordered and the total shipping weight of an order. Charges are calculated automatically when items are placed in shopping cart.

Code B = $9.75

2 Code A Items = $5.75

2 Code B Items = $9.75

Code A Item + Code B Item = $9.75

3 or more Items = $13.75

Please allow two to four weeks from the date you place an order to the time of delivery. Items are shipped as soon as they become available.
