General Policy:
The Bar Association will make every effort to contact attendees who have registered for a NCBA CLE program when inclement weather causes a program to be cancelled. Attendees should ensure that current contact information, including an e-mail address, is provided when registering for a CLE program.
Live Programs:
Should you not receive notification from the NCBA CLE department that a program has been cancelled but inclement weather is forecasted, check either the Bar Association's Web site for updated information or call the Bar Center at (800) 228-3402 or (919) 677-8745.

If no information is available, contact the community college, hotel or convention/trade center where the program is being held. If the site is closed, the program is cancelled. Site contact information is listed on the front of the post card confirmation card that attendees receive for each program.
