FIRMS SEEK WAYS TO PLEDGE LATERAL LOYALTY
As lateral movement continues to rise, finding and landing laterals remains a hot topic among law firms, but recruiting star players to join the team is only a first step. Ensuring a long-term relationship relies on leveraging the competence and capabilities that a lateral brings to the firm.
