Bill Tracking Chart
When the General Assembly is in session, the Office of Governmental Affairs distributes summaries of relevant legislation to section, committee and legislative chairmen and chairwomen within the NCBA. A section or committee can vote to support, oppose, amend or track (neutral) a bill. Prior to initiating a lobbying effort on behalf of a section or committee, the Office of Governmental Affairs must obtain authorization from the NCBA Executive Committee and Board of Governors. The OGA maintains the Bill Tracking Chart below, which provides everyone with the ability to view what, if any, position a particular section or committee within the NCBA has taken with respect to a particular piece of legislation.
Please fill in each field as completely as possible.
