Welcome to The NCBA's Governmental Affairs Homepage
The Office of Governmental Affairs (OGA) serves the membership of the Association at every turn of the legislative process. The OGA team performs as an experienced and effective advocate for attorneys throughout North Carolina on a variety of issues.
The members of the North Carolina Bar Association benefit from the substantial political relationships the OGA has established with members of the General Assembly, State Executive Branch, Congress, and key staff members at the state and national level. Legislators and their staff rely on our substantive legal expertise to draft, interpret and enact legislation that is critical to the practice of law. If you would like to volunteer to become part of our team, please contact the OGA. In the meantime, use the links below to navigate our web site.
