Welcome to the Government & Public Sector Section Page
The Government & Public Sector Section encourages the participation of government and public sector lawyers in the North Carolina Bar Association and works to develop programs and services that will be of value to government attorneys.
About the Government & Public Sector Section
The Government & Public Sector Section is a unique voice for government and public sector attorneys and paralegals regarding issues that arise in the NCBA, the N.C. State Bar, the General Assembly and other entities. The section works to ensure that ethics rules and proposed decisions of the N.C. State Bar reflect the input and unique ethics concerns of government and public sector attorneys, and to develop programs and services that will be of value to these attorneys.
