About the Health Law Section
The Health Law Section provides an excellent opportunity to network with fellow health care attorneys. The section is highly regarded for its involvement with and promotion of North Carolina’s Safe Haven Law for Infant Abandonment, and has been committed to educating the public about the existence of this law since its inception. Addtionally, the section promotes advance health care planning through its "A Gift To Your Family" initiative. The section sponsors CLE programs, services and helps mold the association's legislative agenda for presentation to the General Assembly.
