Juvenile Justice & Children's Rights

Welcome to the Juvenile Justice & Children’s Rights Section Page

The Juvenile Justice & Children’s Rights Section provides networking for attorneys and advocacy organizations interested in protecting the rights of juveniles in all areas of the law affecting children including domestic, juvenile court and education.

About the Juvenile Justice & Children’s Rights Section

The Juvenile Justice & Children's Rights Section follows former Gov. Hunt's Commission on Juvenile Crime and Justice. Its goals include: encourage pro bono work in areas of law affecting children; provide training and education for attorneys, judges and the public; and raise the status of juvenile representation, as well as the standard of practice in those areas. Affiliate membership offered to nonlawyer professionals dealing with children’s rights issues.
