Labor & Employment Law

The Labor & Employment Law Section serves as a resource for lawyers involved in a broad spectrum of employment law representation and provides input on legislative and ethical matters affecting employers, employees and counsel.

The Labor & Employment Law Section works to include an even number of plaintiff and defense attorneys, plus representatives from various government entities, as members of its section council. The Section publishes a brochure on nonprofits and a brochure that lists agencies to contact about employment issues. Members include attorneys representing management, employees and labor unions, plus representatives from various government entities and in-house counsel.
