E. Bradley Evans
Brad Evans is a co-managing director and litigation attorney with Ward and Smith. He grew up in Ahoskie and joined the firm in 2003 following a clerkship for Judge Malcolm Howard of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of N.C. Evans is a graduate of Wake Forest University (1998) and Wake Forest University School of Law (2002), graduating cum laude and Order of the Coif. He is a past president of the Eastern North Carolina Inn of Court and member of the ABA, Federal Bar Association for the Eastern District of N.C., N.C. Association of Defense Attorneys and the N.C. Dispute Resolution Commission.
Locally Evans has provided volunteer leadership to the East Carolina University Medical and Health Sciences Foundation, the Greenville-Pitt County Chamber of Commerce and The Nature Conservancy-N.C. He is a past president of the Greenville Rotary Club. Within the NCBA he has served as chair of the Antitrust & Complex Business Disputes Section and is also a member of the Construction Law, Intellectual Property Law and Litigation sections.
