This is the Eleventh Edition of the Senior Citizens Handbook, which has been prepared by the Project Grace Committee as a joint effort of the Young Lawyers Division and the Elder Law Section of the North Carolina Bar Association. The handbook was first written and published by the Law and Aging Committee of the Young Lawyers Division in 1983 and has been updated regularly.
