Welcome to the Corporate Counsel Section
The Corporate Counsel Section limits its members to those employed full-time or part-time exclusively for a corporation; business, educational, or nonprofit association; partnership; or governmental entity, and is not employed by or associated with a private, for profit law firm.
About the Corporate Counsel Section
Membership in the Corporate Counsel Section provides an avenue through which in-house corporate counsel and paralegals can enhance their roles and expand their capabilities within the legal profession and their respective communities. The section sponsors CLE programs and services, provides members with a substantive newsletter, and helps mold the NCBA's legislative agenda for presentation to the General Assembly.
