Volume III, Part A republishes the 1999 Handbook with misprint corrections in N.C. Gen. Stat. §§ 50-47 and 50-60(c) to the Family Law Arbitration Act as enacted in 1999. It does not reprint the 2003 amendment to what is now N.C. Gen. Stat. § 50-53(a)(2005).
