First Five Membership Terms and Conditions: Membership is only available to attorneys on individual billing and is not applicable to attorneys on firm billing. The membership term varies and is calculated by determining the attorney’s 5th year of practice as of December 31 of a given year and ends on June 30 of the following year. Members may change their section selections once between May 15 – June 30 for the following bar year. Complimentary NCBA Annual Meeting registration excludes the President’s Reception and Awards Dinner and Presidential Installation and all other separate ticketed events. Dues are nonrefundable.
