Ashley Johnson Enjoyed a Weekend in Charleston with the Family Law Section
Ashley Johnson spent a weekend in Charleston, South Carolina, with fellow NCBA Family Law Section members for the 2023 Family Law Section Spring Program – Evidentiary Issues: The Digital Family World. The program covered how the expansion of access to information over the past 20 years has led to an expansion of the evidence family lawyers can use for and against parties and families enduring divorce proceedings. Additionally, attendees participated in a discussion about the current state of electronic evidence-gathering and the application of these concepts to avoid digital fatigue.
