Law Student Representative: Jessica Colon

Jessica Colon headshotAfter a few years of working as a legal assistant, paralegal and legislative intern, Jessica Colon became inspired to pursue a law degree. To understand and apply the rule of law to improve society, one case at a time. With a political science background, Jessica has been fascinated with the law ever since, and she aims to provide excellent advocacy on behalf of each client. Jessica views the pursuit of obtaining a law degree as a privilege. As a 2024-25 NCBA law student rep, Jessica wants to maintain a strong connection between Wake Forest Law students and the North Carolina community and enable students to network and learn from local legal professionals as much as possible.

Never to be afraid to ask for advice or guidance from alumni, graduates, or staff.

Jessica is interested in civil litigation and healthcare law following law school. Students attending ABA-accredited law schools or provisionally accredited law schools are eligible for complimentary membership in the NCBA Law Student Division.
