Constitutional Rights & Responsibilities

The Constitutional Rights & Responsibilities Section is committed to preserving and protecting rights guaranteed by the N.C. and U.S. constitutions, and educating its members, the practice and the public about these important documents.

The Constitutional Rights & Responsibilities Section is a forum for attorneys in all practice areas interested in issues relating to constitutional law. One of the Section’s goals is to increase public awareness of the U.S. Constitution. The Section sponsors CLE programs and services, provides members with a blog, and helps mold the NCBA’s legislative agenda for presentation to the General Assembly.
