The NCBA Government Affairs team is the advocacy leader for North Carolina’s judicial system and attorneys. Our volunteer attorney experts provide analysis on a wide range of legislative topics and are a valued resource in the halls of the General Assembly and around the state. Our volunteer-led advocacy initiatives provide a voice in support of justice issues that ensure North Carolina’s citizens have fair, equal and transparent access to justice.
