16th Annual 4ALL Statewide Service Day Scheduled Friday, March 3

The 16th annual 4ALL Statewide Service Day of the North Carolina Bar Foundation will take place on Friday, March 3, from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.

The event will rely heavily on technology and the virtual participation it has afforded volunteers throughout the duration of the pandemic, with limited in-person participation provided through call centers in Asheville, Charlotte, Fayetteville, Greensboro, Raleigh and Wilmington.

North Carolina residents can access volunteer attorneys from the North Carolina Bar Association for free through any of the following numbers:

Community partners who have supported 4ALL in the past are on board to promote this year’s event:

  • WLOS, Blue Ridge Public Radio and Pisgah Legal Services – Asheville
  • WBTV and the Charlotte Center for Legal Advocacy – Charlotte
  • WFMY and the United Way of Greater Greensboro – Greensboro
  • WNCT-TV – Greenville
  • WRAL– Raleigh
  • WECT-TV – Wilmington
  • Hutchens Law Firm – Fayetteville
  • Legal Aid of North Carolina – Statewide

Volunteers will also be on hand to assist Spanish-speaking citizens. The phone numbers are the same, and callers will be prompted at the outset of the call to designate if they wish to speak to a Spanish-speaking attorney. There is also a flier (click here) specifically created for Spanish-speaking citizens.

The co-chairs of this year’s 4ALL Statewide Service Day are Jeremy Wilson of Wilmington and Stephanie Crosby of New Bern.
