New NCBF Board Members Elected, Appointed

Catherine E. Lee of in Raleigh and Jeremy Wilson of Ward and Smith, P.A., in Wilmington have been elected to three-year at-large terms on the North Carolina Bar Foundation Board of Directors, and Chris Browning of Troutman Pepper Locke LLP in Charlotte has been appointed to a three-year term as chair of the NCBF Development Committee.

The NCBF Board of Directors also includes new members who begin service in 2026-27 by virtue of their election, appointment or installation during the NCBA Annual Meeting and summer and organizational meetings of the NCBA Board of Governors:

  • Brad Evans of Ward and Smith, P.A., in Greenville joins the board by virtue of his election as president-elect of the NCBA. He will also serve as president-elect of the NCBF and as a member of the NCBA/NCBF Executive Committees, and will chair the NCBA/NCBF Audit & Finance Committees.
  • Joe Williams of Joe Williams & Associates in Greensboro has been installed as chair of the Senior Lawyers Division and will serve on the NCBF Board of Directors by virtue of his service on the NCBA/NCBF Executive Committees.
  • Michele L. Livingstone of Wilson Elser in Charlotte has been installed as chair of the Young Lawyers Division and will serve on the NCBF Board of Directors by virtue of her service on the NCBA/NCBF Executive Committees.
  • Andrea M. Blosser of Smith Anderson Blount Dorsett Mitchell & Jernigan LLP in Charlotte has been installed as chair of the Paralegal Division and will serve on the NCBF Board of Directors by virtue of her service on the NCBA/NCBF Executive Committees.
  • Elizabeth Arias of Womble Bond Dickinson in Raleigh has been elected to a three-year term on the NCBA Board of Governors and will serve on the NCBF Board of Directors by virtue of her appointment to the NCBA/NCBF Audit & Finance Committees.
  • Sidney A. Thomas of the N.C. Office of the Commissioner of Banks in Raleigh has been elected to a three-year term on the NCBA Board of Governors and will serve on the NCBF Board of Directors by virtue of her appointment to the NCBA/NCBF Audit & Finance Committees.
  • Sandra M. Clark of Manning, Fulton & Skinner in Raleigh will serve on the NCBF Board of Directors and NCBA/NCBF Executive Committees by virtue of her election to a three-year term as a vice president of the NCBA Board of Governors.
  • Rob Wall of Baker Donelson Bearman Caldwell & Berkowitz in Winston-Salem has been elected to a three-year term on the NCBA Board of Governors and will serve on the NCBF Board of Directors by virtue of his appointment to the NCBA/NCBF Executive Committees.
