The Administrative Law Section serves the interests of lawyers who represent and practice before state and local regulatory boards and commissions, the Office of Administrative Hearings and occupational licensing boards. The Section’s goal is to lead in the improvement of administrative rule-making and adjudication before the Office of Administration Hearing or boards and commissions.
