About the Antitrust & Complex Business Disputes Law Section
The Antitrust & Complex Business Disputes Law Section is concerned primarily with issues relating to unfair and deceptive trade practices and antitrust regulation. The section sponsors an annual meeting with CLE, a quarterly newsletter and a discussion board to allow members to network and keep up to date on topics of interest. We also participate in numerous pro bono initiatives and help mold the NCBA legislative agenda for presentation to the General Assembly.
