Distinguished Service Award

The Antitrust & Complex Business Disputes Law Section is pleased to solicit nominations for the Distinguished Service Award.

The Distinguished Service Award was established to recognize members of the North Carolina Bar Association Antitrust & Complex Business Disputes Law Section (or others under extraordinary situations) who:

  1. have demonstrated the highest ethical standards;
  2. have shown a high level of professional competence; and
  3. have made significant contributions (a) to the Section, (b) to scholarship in the fields of antitrust or complex business disputes law, and/or (c) to advocacy on behalf of clients, consumers, or the public in the fields of antitrust or complex business disputes law.

Nominations Guidelines

Complete the form below to nominate an individual. Space is provided to describe the nominee’s practice and contributions to the practice of law. Please feel free to also upload documents detailing the nominee’s achievements, as well as up to three letters of support related to the nominee’s law practice, community service and bar activities from attorneys and laypersons who know the nominee well (extensive information in this area is encouraged).

You may be contacted by a member of the Antitrust & Complex Business Disputes Law Section’s Distinguished Service Award Committee about your nominee. The nomination and supporting information, and all communications, will be kept confidential.
