Paralegals in North Carolina have a home and it is the Paralegal Division of the North Carolina Bar Association. As one of the largest sections/divisions within the NCBA, the Paralegal Division provides countless opportunities for education, service and leadership.
The Paralegal Division is open to qualified legal professionals who perform substantive legal work under attorney supervision and meet established education, experience, or certification criteria, as well as students and NCBA attorney members. Paralegal Division members, in addition to being eligible to join sections, receive access to vLex Fastcase and free subscriptions to e-bar, CLE View and North Carolina Lawyer magazine. Paralegal Division members have access to outstanding CPE/CLE programming which is provided at a discount as a member benefit.
