Paralegal Division

Paralegals in North Carolina have a home and it is the Paralegal Division of the North Carolina Bar Association. As one of the largest sections/divisions within the NCBA, the Paralegal Division provides countless opportunities for education, service and leadership.

The Paralegal Division is open to qualified full-time paralegals, paralegal students and NCBA attorney members in North Carolina. PD members, in addition to being eligible to join all sections, receive access to Fastcase and free subscriptions to e-bar, CLE View and North Carolina Lawyer magazine. Paralegal Division members have access to outstanding CPE/CLE programming which is provided at a discount as a member benefit.
