Directed Funds Request

Sections and the Paralegal Division may request permission from the Executive Committee to direct current year budget funds to a specific event or project in the following bar year (in the following bar year, these funds will be considered “directed funds”). When combined with current year budget funds, sponsorship funds and other funding resources for the specific event or project, directed funds from the prior year will be utilized “last” and any unspent excess will revert to the Association.

Please consult your Executive Committee (if applicable) or Council, as well as your Communities Manager prior to submitting a request. The deadline to submit a request is March 10, 2025, and you will be notified of the status of your request by April 30, 2025.
