Bianca Williams and Candace Wehr Participate in The Importance of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Field of Trusts and Estate Panel

The Estate Planning & Fiduciary Law Section’s Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Access (IDEA) Committee hosted an exciting panel and networking event on April 18. The goal of this event was to provide law students and lawyers with an idea of what a career in trusts and estates is like, pathways for entry into the profession, and how trusts and estates practitioners can use their practices to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Bianca Williams and Candace Wehr were joined by Caroline Denning, Manuel Colón, Crystal Richardson, and Paula Kohut to complete the group of esteemed panelists. Panelists also worked to interact with others in the practice area and law students who may be interested in pursuing this area over appetizers and drinks.

The Estate Planning & Fiduciary Law Section brings together attorneys engaging in estate planning and trust and estate administration, promoting public awareness of estate planning and administration issues and the role of attorneys in these fields. View upcoming Section events.
