Welcome to the Administrative Law Section
The Administrative Law Section serves the interests of lawyers who represent and practice before state and local regulatory boards and commissions, the Office of Administrative Hearings and occupational licensing boards.
About the Administrative Law Section
The Administrative Law Section's goal is to lead in the improvement of administrative rule-making and adjudication before the Office of Administration Hearing or boards and commissions. Membership is open to both attorneys and nonlawyers; nonlawyers who are actively involved in the promulgation, execution or enforcement of administrative rules are eligible for affiliate membership. The section sponsors CLE programs and services, provides members with a substantive newsletter, and helps mold the NCBA's legislative agenda for presentation to the General Assembly.
Section members receive Administrative Lawyer newsletter, which recently featured the following article:View Article
