The Antitrust & Complex Business Disputes Law Section serves lawyers who practice in the areas of antitrust and trade regulation, as well as complex business litigation, including class actions and business torts. The section is primarily concerned with issues related to unfair and deceptive trade practices and antitrust regulation.
