Welcome to the International Practice Section Page
The International Practice Section serves as an educational, legislative and networking resource for practitioners engaged in cross-border issues and international affairs and organizes the NCBA’s international attorney exchange program.
About the International Practice Section
The International Practice Section reviews current developments in political and trade-related entities, monitors state and federal laws and regulations and makes recommendations where appropriate. The section sponsors CLE programs and services, provides members with a substantive newsletter and helps mold the NCBA's legislative agenda for presentation to the General Assembly. Affiliate membership in this section is open to nonlawyers active in the field.
