Estate Planning & Fiduciary Law

The Estate Planning & Fiduciary Law Section brings together attorneys engaging in estate planning and trust and estate administration, promoting public awareness of estate planning and administration issues and the role of attorneys in these fields.

The Estate Planning & Fiduciary Law Section offers members the opportunity to network with other estate planning attorneys and other professionals who are involved in the estate planning process, such as bankers, financial institutions, clerks of court and CPAs. The section has a “Joint Statement of Principles” with banks and financial institutions; works to resolve differences with CPAs who are engaging in “legal” transactions; and publishes the Estate Administration Manual.
